SHIPPING/FAQ’s
On all shipping orders located within the States, please allow a timeframe of 1-2 weeks for Canvas Orders and 2-3 weeks for Prints due to packaging, processing and the physical shipment of your order.
If you are located Internationally and interested in owning a piece, please include that information within your Form Submission. A timeframe of 3-6 weeks will be needed to process and ship your International order,
All shipping costs are included within Final Sale.
In terms of Commission Requests for Original Pieces, a consultation will be had to determine your desired canvas size, color scheme/palette of choice as well as any specific detailing you would like to have within your piece. Please note that I do not accept submissions that require me to copy or use another Artists’ work for inspiration, as I take my creative freedom seriously. After the initial consultation, a quote will be given to you as we move forward with your Request. All additional information will be given to you in response to your inquiry submission.
ORIGINAL COMMISSIONS
ILLUSTRATED COMMISSIONS
In terms of Commission Requests for Digitally Illustrated Pieces, a consultation will be had to determine the desired wishes for your photo illustration. Please ensure that any photo you would like to have illustrated over is rightfully owned by you, and is of high quality. After the initial consultation, a quote will be given to you as we move forward with your Request. All additional information will be given in response to your inquiry submission. Make note that Illustrated Commissions do not include physical copies of the work, a file will be emailed to you of your finalized Request.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is a deposit required for Commission Requests?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required for all Commissioned Requests. Deposits are non-refundable.
Will I receive tracking information for my Order/Request?
Of course! All orders come with tracking information. For International Orders, tracking information as well as Documents from Customs will be provided to track your orders.
Can I request a framed print of my Illustrated Commission?
Yes, I would be more than happy to print and frame your Illustrated Commission for you. Please make note of this within your submission request and we will move forward with the necessary adjustments.
How will my Order be packaged?
All orders of Paintings are insured and packaged thoroughly with bubble wrap, packaging tape, boxes and stamped with “FRAGILE” stickers. All prints will arrive in tubes, and wrapped in a protective packaging.
I ask for all orders to be opened with care!
Do Print Orders come with frames?
No, orders of prints do not come with frames.
What if I want to return an Order?
All sales are final, however, please reach out to me with any questions or concerns you may have and we can discuss further. All orders are exactly as pictured, please make sure that all purchases resonate with you and your Space.
