Made entirely out of faux flowers, the stems were used to create a corset-like base for the dress, which were held together by felt sheets and elastic straps as they were glued together, molding the shape to the natural curves of the mannequin. The petals that were taken apart were then used to make up the overall composition of the dress, using the longer vined stems too add accentuation to the top of the dress.
